Panel Discussion with local leaders on effective methods of guiding and inspiring others
Gain insight from local leaders by asking them questions about their leadership style. Panelists Dr Tammi A. Reilly
Dr. Reilly graduated with a BA in Political Science and a M.S. Criminal Justice Administration (with an emphasis on business criminality) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 2009, she received her Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis in international business strategy and small business start-ups. Dr. Reilly's professional career includes 51 combined years of federal government service many of those is executive leadership roles in Washington, DC. She is a retired Department of Homeland Security (formerly- US Treasury) federal agent with 21 years of international business and supply chain expertise. Dr. Reilly is a 30 year United States Army Reserve veteran and O6/Colonel, currently assigned to the National Defense University , Dwight D. Eisenhower, School for National Security and Resource Strategy where she serves as a visiting research scholar. Dr. Reilly has worked in collaboration with various executive leaders at the Department of Defense and Homeland Security within the triad of policy, operations and strategic planning from tactical operations to presidential policy. She has served as a Congressional Liaison representing the United States Customs Service Criminal Investigative Division and was the agent in charge of textile enforcement for the United States during her 12 year tenure in Washington, DC. She was honored to be selected as the only reserve officer in the United States military history to have worked for the elite Global Strike Branch/Strategic Operations Division which is the strategic nuclear operations mission on the Joint Chiefs of Staff, J3 and was later selected to serve with as Secretary Rumsfeld's Policy Chief for Special Projects during Operation Enduring Freedom. During the past 8 years, Dr. Reilly started a non-profit organization and two for profit organizations to volunteer her time and resources where she consulted and helped numerous others start their businesses or expand their domestic and/or international plans. She taught in the MBA program for the University of Phoenix at the Arlington, Virginia learning center. She is in the process of developing a strategic business plan for a new limited liability corporation based in Tulsa, OK, that will include transparency, global and domestic opportunities and strong philanthropic give-backs. She is considered an expert in business strategy, policy development, and complex global strategy. In her spare time, she is writing a book titled, North Azimuth: Direction for the New Entrepreneur, remodeling a home in South Tulsa, and volunteering with the Cascia Hall Preparatory School policy debate team where her daughter, Katelyn is a Sophomore. Chris Province is an advocate of transformational leadership whose research and professional practice has focused on its measured effect on organizational performance. He completed his graduate work on transformational leadership modeling in the Organizational Dynamics program at the University of Oklahoma and specializes in launching new businesses and leading organizational turnarounds. He has been recognized by peers and industry professionals for excellence in strategy, marketing, and academic research. Paula Bryant Ellis
Paula Bryant-Ellis is Chief Operating Officer of the BOKF Mortgage Group, a division of BOKF, NA. She is responsible for operations support for over 650 employees across an eight state regional footprint. Departments under her management include Risk Management, Credit Underwriting, Loan Servicing, Sales and Servicing Support, Mortgage Analytics and Community Development. Ms. Bryant-Ellis has been a banker for more than 25 years and holds an MBA from The University of Phoenix, Tulsa location. She also serves on various boards in the Tulsa community and has been appointed by the Mayor of Tulsa to the Tulsa Development Authority, where she serves as Commissioner and Vice Chair of the Board. She also serves as a member of the Federal Reserve Board Consumer Advisory Council.
