Panel Discussion with local leaders on effective methods of guiding and inspiring others
Gain insight from local leaders by asking them questions about their leadership style. Panelists Dr Tammi A. Reilly
Dr. Reilly graduated with a BA in Political Science and a M.S. Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 1992, she became a federal agent with the United States Customs Service (currently Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and in 1999; Dr. Reilly served as a Congressional Liaison and subsequently the Liaison for the Executive Office for Asset Forfeiture. Dr. Reilly was selected as the first Policy Chief for the National Incident Response Unit for ICE. Her other professional accomplishments include; the design and development of the initial international Container Security Initiative (CSI) plan for the U.S. Customs Service; and various presidential and department level policies. Additionally, Dr. Reilly is a Colonel (06) commissioned officer in the U. S. Army Reserve with over 29 years executive leadership experience; formerly the Deputy Chief of Staff for 8th Army, Korea, her military career has allowed her to present nuclear pathways and commercial supply chain intersection findings at the Naval Postgraduate School that she researched. She served as a Policy Chief on the immediate staff of the Secretary of Defense, and is the only military reserve officer to have been selected to work for the Global Strike Branch of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, J3. She has years of business, defense, operations, and white collar crime teaching experience. Dr. Reilly holds a doctoral degree in business administration with a research emphasis on international strategic and policy development at the executive as well as small business levels. She is considered an expert in business strategy, complex global strategies, and entrepreneurial success attributes.
