Since we caught up with Keith Richards last month in London, he tells us The Rolling Stones are now in "fifth gear" in terms of their rehearsals. "This band is ready to go," he says. So does that mean we'll see them tour next year? "I'm forbidden" from saying, Richards said Tuesday night in New York with a smile on his face that indicated they will. "My lips are sealed. But once this thing starts to roll it's hard to stop."
The Stones are now heading back to London for production rehearsals for their two shows later this month at the O2 Arena there followed by three in the New York City-area in December.
